Simple and Sweet

"The hurrier I go, the behinder I get"

So said the plaque hanging on my friend's mom's kitchen wall, and it's just as true now for me as it was for her back then. Since it's always "Hurry, hurry, hurry" and "We want something neat to eat," sometimes you gotta think quick in a pinch and sometimes those pinches stick around as a favorite yummy for a while, as happened here with:

Choco Puddin' Pie

1 graham cracker crust (or Oreo crust)
1 box chocolate instant pudding
1 container Cool Whip
Chocolate sprinkles

Mix that pudding and pour it in the crust and let it chill. Before you're ready to serve, spread Cool Whip over the pudding and decorate with chocolate sprinkles. Fast, easy, and the kids love it (and so does Dad, hubby, mom-in-law, and Angie). Can't get much better than that. Of course, you could do things the hard way and make a graham crust yourself with crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter.
