Cream Cheese Frosting

I love this stuff. I am usually too lazy to make it myself and the store-bought stuff is pretty good, but homemade frosting just tastes better for some reason.

1/2 cup butter
1 block cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Mix together butter, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth. Add powdered sugar gradually in small amounts, mixing well after each addition. If mixture is too thick to spread, add a small amount of milk.

This stuff is wonderful on cakes, pumpkin bread, banana bread, whatever you feel the need to spread it on (*wink wink*) and tastes great all by itself on a big spoon.
