This is not for the faint of heart, only for a true die-hard chili-gut who likes it HOT!
1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained with the following:
Onions, diced
Garlic, diced
2 T. Cayenne pepper
4 small cans dark red kidney beans
4 small cans chili beans
4 small cans diced tomatoes
1 jar of tiny Mexican peppers (juice, seeds, and all)
Chili seasoning to taste, added while simmering
Combine all ingredients and simmer (in crock pot) on low for at least 2 hours.
