1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained, with diced onions and green peppers
4 servings cooked rice
2-3 cans diced tomatoes
Combine and eat. Another yummy option is to stuff green peppers with Spanish rice, place in a baking pan, surround with more rice and pour some tomato juice on top, bake in a 350 degree oven until peppers are soft (viola - stuffed peppers!).
